The Cali Cartel from Hell are made up of former Cartel members from Colombia. Sadly, they were killed in 1986 in a tragic accident involving a car bomb (which they were planting) and they have been sent back to Earth by El Diablo himself, to spread the word of death metal. Ever seen Colombian Cartel ghosts play death metal? We didn't think so....
